This is part of my new series called News and News and Tidbits Week. The main purpose is to highlight topics that I began working on but have not yet finished it; however, I do want to share the information in a timely manner. I really do want to finish the post but there are times when I’m testing something out and haven’t gathered enough information to make a formal post. Other times a more noteworthy item will appear on my radar and it will move to the front of the line. Then there are those days when I can not find a good chunk of time to finish the article.
Without further ado, I present:
News and Tidbits of the Week
Mr. MoneyandMap (aka Andy) Trip Report – Leg space when you are 6’7”, weigh 250 pounds and flying on Delta Airlines from Detroit to Indianapolis.
JW Marriott Hotel Indianapolis – Beautiful hotel. Given a high floor as noted in my account with Marriott. Room is tastefully decorated albeit on the smaller side. Friendly and helpful customer service. Staff member actually walked from behind the check-in desk to shake my hand, smile, complete check-in and walk me to the elevator. I felt so special!

Cracker Lovin’ Jimmy – He asked that I share his recent experience with Ebates. Jimmy still received cash back from his purchase at Target even though he returned the item. (Should Jimmy contact Ebates?)
Audience Rewards – Justin at InACents.com has posted the answers to Audience Rewards trivia for free Delta Airline miles, US Airways miles, Starwood Hotel Points, Best Buy Reward Zone and Amtrak Reward Points.
Vitacost Refer A Friend – Sent an order using $10 referral credit to get 48 full size boxes of Back To Nature Macaroni & Cheese for only $4.95 shipping and handling. Thanks for using my referral link. A couple of boxes will go toward dinner tonight with the rest going to a community shelter. Thanks again!
Crayons – If you want your Kindergartener to be the envy of all the students in the classroom, make sure he or she has the biggest box of crayons. Yes, crayons – endless colors of sphere shaped writing instrument tucked neatly into a Crayola box. A built-in sharpener might guarantee top spot status through first grade too.
